On Arrival we received a warm welcome, and for the duration of our stay everyone was very helpful..the Buffett food was very good and and well priced, we had the three course meal for €16.00 per person...being based at the Hotel for a few days on business, it was well located to the motorway and a nice restful atmosphere to return to each evening...the Lake was a delightful feature.Nice Comfortable beds and plenty of free parking...

Easy access from the motorway, free parking, comfy bed, friendly staff.
Mould in the shower, used toothpaste residues in bathroom/shower, dirty wall in corners of the room define the "simple" from the official description anew. Soundproof to the outside world yes, not inside, though.

We had a pleasant stay for one night.
The rooms were functional, stylish for tea or coffee which would be great, ideal for us. The breakfast was excellent, the check in was fast. The hotel had a bar in the reception. The location was nice - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

Large room with beautifully furnished bathroom. Absolutely perfect location near the Euro Tunnel. - Convenient proximity to major roads, motorways, Dunkerque, the beautiful lake, and the Ferry port.

On a positive side, the hotel has a nice location with a lake at proximity. It is affordable. the staff are ok. it is clean.
On a complete negative side, the hotel is hard to find as GPS does not recognise the address. For a french place, food was utterly disgusting. did not look fresh, greasy, overcooked...Breakfast was poor. I will not stay there again.

Nice open design, great location, good parking
Some handyman work required re lighting, corridors are dark, need some colour highlights, staff do not understand orders very well, difficulty with restaurant orders, split billing etc. Need to improve English and French!

The setting on the edge of the lake
The unhelpful staff on reception did not seem to know how the hotel operated The filthy condition of my bedroom. Thick wades of dirty dust around the sides of the carpet. Numerous toe nailers on the carpet. Brown mould around the sides of the shower. The shower handset would not fix into its holder Etc. Etc. etc Wi. Fi connection very poor .
